The Light Within — Original Watercolor Painting, 12 × 9 inches

I created this original watercolor painting while reflecting on the scripture, “If anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One…” 1 John 2:1–2. As I painted these luminous yellow blooms, I thought about grace, forgiveness, and the quiet light of hope that surrounds us.

Soft washes of watercolor in warm golds and fresh greens allow the flowers to glow gently against the paper. Through simple, fluid movement, I wanted to suggest a calm radiance — a reminder of renewal and mercy.

As a nature-inspired watercolor artwork, I hope this piece brings warmth and peaceful encouragement to a space.
